Video consult: If a Dr on the Video consult portion of the App ordered a lab test for you after a consult, there should have been follow up information included on the Transcript you received in your email. If you cannot find it or need to talk to a Dr about the results, initiate another video consult and any of our experienced Dr's can help you address the issue.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the results of the tests. Wish you good health!
