What could this be? ive noticed my feet have become numb, probably 90%. my toes are the worst and it starts to dissipate at the middle of my ankles. sometimes it feels like im getting shocked by electricity and that goes up my feet & legs?

Peripheral nerves: Although you could have spinal stenosis, the more likely problem is peripheral neuropathy, and most likely cause in USA is diabetes. Other causes should be investigated.
