Very low: If your girlfriend has been on birth control pills for 3 weeks, and it was while she was on the empty pills that the condom broke - she is protected with the birth control pills and her chance of pregnancy is very low. She doesn't not need to take plan b. As long as she is taking her pills once a day and not missing any she is protected.

Not likely.: If your girlfriend was on her period when you had intercourse, it is very unlikely that she will become pregnant. Typically that is the safest time to have intercourse if pregnancy is something you want to avoid. Normally a woman ovulates about two weeks after the first day of her period, and intercourse must occur within a day or so of ovulation for her to conceive.

Pregnant on OCP: The chance that she will get pregnant is low because her ovaries should have been suppressed. Still, taking the Plan B was a good back up to prevent a pregnancy.

Very small: The possibility of conceiving during the period is exceedingly small. There should be very little to worry about.
