PCOS and pregnancy: It depends on what symptoms you have now. If you feel pregnant, you should get a pregnancy test to confirm it. Still, stopping the pill a month ago may not be enough time for your cycles to return to normal, i would monitor your cycles for 2-3 months to see if there is a pattern. If no pattern and > 45 days, i would recommend getting help sooner to make you ovulate more consistently.
