Breast pain: Before addressing other possibilities, make sure you have had a physical exam by your doctor, a mammogram and possibly a breast ultrasound. Mri of the breast may also be helpful. If still no answer, see a breast specialist, usually a general surgeon.

Breast pain: The good news is breast cancer isn't painful. My work up would include physical exam, chest x-ray, mammography and probably an MRI too. I wonder if its chest wall pain? Important history questions include prior surgery, augmentation, lumpectomy. Continue nsaids if you don't have any contraindications. Good luck.
