Slow improvement: In most mild cases, the Covid positive patient feels an improvement of the symptoms from day 5-10. Some cases may last much longer. If your symptoms are worsening, keep an eye out for difficulty breathing, persistent chest pain/pressure or low Oxygen levels as these can indicate that the infection has moved to your lungs.

Delayed sequalae: If there is difficulty in breathing, you should take him to hospital. Some people have delayed sequelae.
