Knee pain: May be arthritis for which motrin/ NSAIDS ( if not allergic) may help, or may be meniscus issue or ligament issue or if red swollen may be autoimmune disease or gout or infection. If trauma may be fracture or chip Would follow up with MD for xray /ultrasound possible MRI
