So don't eat!: As long as your body mass index (http://nhlbisupport.Com/bmi/) is normal (18.5-24.9kg/m2) and not changing, skipping an occasional meal shouldn't be an issue. However, if you're not eating b/c you're worried about being too fat despite normal bmi, then we worry about anorexia nervosa. Of course, if you lost your appetite over cafeteria food, that's another issue. If you have stomachache, go to doc.
