I took a pregnancy test and the result was negative. there is no line that appeared on the test line but the control line appeared with a light color, what does this mean when the control line is not that very dark in color?

Pregnant ?: "Home" pregnancy tests are sometimes not accurate if done near the onset of expected menstruation. If expected period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test in 7-10 days after expected menses to be certain about pregnancy.
