Keep isolated : Here is where real clinical experience is important. Yes, you may not get another strain of COVID 19 but I have seen many patients cohabitating with COVID 19 that do not get better, why they are each dealing with their own viral load and then the viral load of the other person. Keep isolated so you don't add to your viral load
