Hep C 'reinfection': Yes. The antibody does not protect from reinfection. There is currently no vaccine. Hep c clears spontaneously 15-25% of the time. After apparently successful therapy (end of treatment negativity) hep c may recur because it was not fully eradicated (so measurement 6 months following is most important) or via reinfection. Usually it is the former mechanism but if at risk behavior continues...

Yes: About 25% of people with hepatitis c will spontaneously clear the infection (cure themselves). But, if they are exposed again, they can develop chronic infection the next time. And people can get multiple genotypes. It is important to avoid re-exposure if you have hepatitis c.
