Lingering symptoms: Not unique for many lingering problems for months subsequent to COVID-19 recovery and yours are not unique. A physical fitness program may help your breathing, and indeed combat your fatigue. A rehabilitation specialist might be able to set up a program. But post-viral problems take time to clear, so be kind to yourself and pace your activities.

COVID 19: Your symptoms may be COVID 19 sequela or may be due to another cause entirely. If you have had not had post-COVID 19 for these symptoms - recommend that you do so.
