I tested positive and got my results yesterday. is there any specific medication i need to take? i have a mild cough and still experiencing body pains and back pains?

No specific meds: There are NO GOOD medicines for Covid-19. The studies very clearly show they don't work and can have undesirable side effects. Try some honey in tea, warm showers and a humidifier. However, if you are feeling bad because of fever, then acetaminophen and ibuprofen work equally as well. Cough medicines are really just a waste of money , usually not helpful. Rest, fluids and time are your best meds.
