My daughter has a rash by her buttocks' since the 19th of december and had diarrhoea the diarrhoea has stopped but the rash seems to be irritating her, is there anything i can buy that can help?

Irritant dermatitis: Most likely this is an irritant contact dermatitis secondary to all of the persistent contact with her feces. Several otc creams might be helpful, including any cream with ceramides in it. Usually, aquaphor healing ointment is very effective for sore irritated skin, but should the rash worsen or even persist, you should confirm the dx with your dermatologist.
