Where live?: It entirely depends on where you live in the world. Some countries require medical evaluation and "an order " to get Covid19 testing. Many places in the USA have gone to on demand testing, where you can just drive up and get tested. If any questions about your area, call a local health department or contact your local physician to get the required paperwork for testing.
