Many possible reason: Irritable bowels, musculosketal pains, endometriosis, adenomyosis. These are all possibilities. You need a pelvic exam by a gyn when the pain is happening to figure out the reason.

Multiple causes : Pelvic pain witn menstruation is commonly caused by endometriosis or retrograde bleeding into the pelvis. If you have scarring of the tube on the right side it can cause pain. See your physician to have it checked.
