What might cause high B12 levels? I also had low iron (long-standing anemia) and low vitamin D. CBC was normal except mildly low hemoglobin.
I would like an explanation as to why my ferritin and transferrin saturationlevels are usually low, yet my CBC is normal. Which I dont understand. As my CBC count counteracts the anemia I do have heavy periods. Could that be the reason?
