Needs treatment: If you have not seen a doctor yet, you need to ASAP . Urinary tract infections are one of the leading causes of premature labor. If you have seen a doctor, please call them back, even on weekend, or call your OB. A change in antibiotics may be needed. Drink lots of water, avoid all caffeine, and get plenty of rest. If you start feeling any contractions, get to hospital sooner rather than later.

UTI: Agree with Dr. Maes. It is important that the urinary tract infection be treated with appropriate antibiotics as soon as possible. Please advise your obstetrician.
