34 yo female w/ no medical diagnosis. significant swelling of abdomen (potentially ascites) occurring every few weeks with quick onset that stays 4-5 days, then subsides. right upper quadrant discomfort and swelling of hands, feet, and face. ideas?

Episodes of redness, burning sensation, numbness and vein swelling in my feet, ankles, and sometimes hands at night or when standing. The skin itself is not cracked or dry. Socks, shoes and hot shower makes worse. Elevating feet helps. Any ideas?
