Every few months a very small tender bump comes up behind my pilonidal sinus. it immediately drains by pressing on it and then it doesnt occur again for some time. there is no pain, redness or bump- can only see a pin tip sized hole. ok to watch?

Cyst: There is most likely a pilonidal cyst that fills up periodically. You'd be better off consulting a general surgeon for evaluation and advice.
