I have a hard lump in my lower right abdomen which is causing alot of discomfort if i caugh/laugh even sneeze it hurts and any sudden movements the skin around it is painful aswell. i have seen a gynecologist and its not a ovarian cyst?

See a Dr.: Could be a mass or a hernia. You need a thorough evaluation by your GP, along with some imaging to determine if this is something serious or not. Since it causing discomfort, you should get this seen sooner rather than later.
