21.5 weeks pregnant. went to the dr for vaginal itching sometimes feels like urethra. sometimes have white snotty discharge. so far urine leukocyte esterase is 250 /ul which is apparently flagged high. waiting on cultures tests. chance of infection?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your symptoms and results suggest infection. Do contact your doctor as you may need a prescription for medication.
