No: Jaundice occurs secondary to liver dysfunction, not kidney or urinary problems. However, if you have an underlying systemic disorder which has resulted in a secondary infection, the usual considerations must be altered. So, if you are indeed noting yellow sclera in eyes with a bladder infection, associated with dark urine, see your doctor as this would be far more complex.
