COVID 19: These GI symptoms could be due to a number of causes. I would suspect a different viral infection before assuming that this is directly related to COVID 19. Recommend consultation with medical provider to help ascertain the cause & treatment.

See below: If you were afebrile for more than 24 hours, without medication, before diarrhea started, it is a new malady. Take Imodium or Pepto Bismol, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. If you get fever, lose weight or have blood in stool, see a doctor. Get HPV and Covid vaccines.
