Fertility ?'s: Using "IUI after 100 mg clomid" does not guarantee pregnancy, and if the HCG test was negative at "12 days after IUI", it may have occurred too soon, but pregnancy is still unlikely. Get another test in a week for HCG to be certain, as even after implantation, it still may take 2-3 days for HCG to be detected.
