A member asked:

At how much increased risk am i at for testical cancer if i had an undecended testical as a baby in my groin and got surgery after first birthday? it was right one. left seems to be harder and bigger, but dont feel lumps protruding?

Undescended testicl: It's preferable to complete surgery for correction of an undescended testicle before age one. However the difference in size between your 2 testicles may not be significant. Absence of pain and lumps is reassuring, but for peace of mind I recommend having a urologist examine and advise you.
