I have a lump on my right breast, my breast is heavy and pain. i did go the hospital the discovered that it's fibrodenoma the said because it's not cancerous they won't remove it. i would really love to remove it because it is heavy and uncomfortable?

Local issue: If you have the means to self pay for any medical procedure you can likely find a doc to do it. If you depend on a 3rd party payer to do any medical procedure they will have standards on what qualifies under your plan. You may want to check with a hospital that trains docs as sometimes they will take such cases on a sliding scale pay system.
