Evaluation: Get examined and evaluated. Chest pain even in female your age should not be ignored especially if you smoke or have other risk factors. Do not neglect yourself, need baseline cardiac and pulmonary evaluation at the least. May be reflux or GI related but need to protect yourself and rule out the more serious possibilities.
