Abscess: Usually this is due to an abscessed tooth or gum. See a dentist or your family doctor for an evaluation and possibly antibiotics.

Ok..: What exactly is your question? If you want to know what caused that "ball of pus", you'll have to see your dentist... can't diagnose these things over the internet.

See a dentist: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment. A dental abscess is a collection of pus that forms in your teeth or gums as a result of a bacterial infection. The dentist will treat a tooth abscess by draining it and getting rid of the infection. See a dentist for a treatment ASAP.
