Sometimes my upper right side rib area feels like dull hurting feeling. also feel it sometimes under right breast bone. the pain isnt usually constant it comes and goes. i feel like when i burp the feeling goes away. i do have some acid reflux?

Reflux/gallbladder?: Reflux most often felt on left side or center since it involves stomach & esophagus , but could possibly happen on right side. Relief with burping often goes along with reflux. Gallbladder(GB) is located in the area on right side you describe. GB symptoms often worse after a fatty meal. If you are not taking acid blocker (Zantac/Pepcid/Protonix/etc) try that 1st but if not helping see Dr
