On weekends we use a lot of purell and a spray bottle with alcohol since purell was nowhere in stores. if we use a lot can it get into bloodstream or cause damage? we never used it this much but trying to stay safe. yes hands are dry from all washing?

Not really: Alcohol can only enter your bloodstream through the bodies absorptive surfaces, like the mouth/stomach,etc. It does not penertate the skin deep enough to reach the blood.
