Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take Imodium or Pepto Bismol, drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless, If this does not resolve the issue in a day or two, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Sharp pain extreme lower left abdomen 48 hours . Had lots of loose stools since dinner Sat pm; very problematic stomach but this is worse than normal.
If you are experiencing 8/10 acid reflux type pain in lower abdomen and loose stools that improve stomach pain. Symptoms have improved over the past 6 hours is this something urgent or should i monitor to see if symptoms get worse again?
