2 examinations: Sh's trying to tell you she's in pain. She may be teething. If she's had her 1st Dental exam call her Dentist. If not, she's overdue, and she should see a pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist, now. Also. call her Pediatrician. Pain. can be from gas, dehydration, constipation, virus, etc. But most common cause is teething, so start with Pedodontist.

See her doctor: Please see her doctor for more history and a full exam. They will be able to let you know if there is an ear infection or other illness causing pain. They will also be able to tell you if she is teething during her exam. Also you should look at her fingers and toes to make sure there is no swelling or redness or a hair stuck wrapped around one of them (not uncommon cause for unexplained crying).
