I have covid i was diagnosed on tuesday last week it started with flu, the first test id do was in the 18th and it was negative last night my chest was very tight, i feel i am battling a bit, when do i need to seek medical attention ?

COVID 19: If "battling" means battling to breath, then you need to seek medical attention now. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
