My 97-year old granny tested positive for covid19 following a precautionary test taken after her helper tested positive. she has no symptoms at this stage, but is there any particular medication and/or things she needs to do at this stage?

Test and quarantine: Absolutely you should get a test. This will help you determine if and for how long you need to quarantine. If you hakd close, prolonged exposure, I would suggest you try and sta)y away from your family if possible until your test results are available. Wear your mask even in your home to prevent transmission. Try to rest and try not to overdo things. Also, relax, try some meditation.
