I'm seeking opinions on the reliability of thermography as a way to find answers to atpyical odentalgia/facial pain + other pain related issues.most insurance will not cover it.my case seems to be difficult to diagnose/treat, trying to find options?

Thermography: Never heard of it for this problem. If insurance doesn't cover it it's probably because it is not accepted as a legitimate diagnostic modality. I would see an ENT specialist.
