I had chilli maggie 3 days ago it had a lot of sauces in it and since then every night i am having acidity,i even had medicine yesterday and a day before,it cured it but temporarily.if it's because of those sauces how do i clear it from my body?

Need to examine: Chilli should not cause lasting heartburn. You may have H pylori infection. It is treatable but you need to see a doctor for an evaluation. Take antacids in the meantime. Wish you good health!
