. Postop orders : Currently you will be approximately 6 weeks after your operation on your hernia. At this particular time your surgeon who performed the procedure would assess you to see if you can resume normal activities without restrictions. If you're course post operatively has been uncomplicated you should be able to resume normal activities. Please ask the surgeon.
