UTI: Pain on urination has multiple causes but vast majority are due to infections. Do you have frequency or drawing pains or pelvic or abdominal pain or fever. If yes probably need treatment for UTI . Contact physician or try D-mannose 1.5grams twice daily for 3 days then once daily for 10 days.
