I am a teacher. i have been in contact with someone at work who has recently tested positive for covid. both of us wore masks and were socially distanced but he worked on my computer. should i get tested? my school is suggesting i do.

Yes: Since you are in school, this is recommended, and monitor for fever. Self isolate until the test is negative and you have no symptoms.

COVID concerns: Don't know what country you live in. Surface contamination is a minor mode of transmission. However, if you are in contact with students, I can understand why your school would encourage you to be tested.
