It Depends: We mostly move our fingers and hands with muscles in the forearm connected to the moving part via tendons that are guided to their destination through slippery tunnels much like string and pulley systems. Repetitive movement can inflame a tendon and too much force can stretch or tear muscle called a muscle strain. If you just feel tight in a muscle it will heal on its own, if painful see a doctor.
