Im havin chest pains on my left side of my breast .very sharp when i breath.. can u tell me if its life threating? my arm is not asleep.. please

Depending on age and other risk factors, a heart attack can be less likely or more likely. Since a person can't really tell, she gets evaluated at the E.R. Just to be on the safe side. Lung disorders and rib cage problems are possible, too.
