Metoclopramide? can that lead to a lump in breasts? can a lump in breast go away with no issue, woman pregnant, 6 months. and noticed a growth in ok breast?

Metochlopramide: Breast tenderness and breast swelling are listed as possible side effects. However, if there is a clearly defined lump in a breast, I prefer to have a breast surgeon examine and advise the patient. I wouldn't ascribe a clearcut lump in a breast to the medication.
