No: Given that the cyst and pain is cyclic (with your menses) it appears that it may be Endometriosis ie tissue from the inside uterus (the lining or endometrium) that occurs outside the uterine cavity. It responds to the hormonal changes in the same manner as the the tissue inside your uterus. See you doctor for an evaluation when the cyst is present. Eventually, you may need the cyst to be removed.
