A member asked:

I tested positive for covid19 and have had symptoms since last monday. when is it safe for me to de isolate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Coming out isolation: You cannot come out of isolation for at least 10 days or 3 days AFTER all your symptoms have cleared or 3 days after a negative test, whichever LONGER. If you are till having symptoms, then you are nowhere near ready to de-isolate yet. You may want to consider retesting to see if you have turned negative yet.
