COVID 19: The CDC has provided guidelines for COVID 19 testing at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/hcp/clinical-criteria.html. However, state & local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions. People should call their health care provider if they believe they should be tested. Each state has a different setup.

Agree with Dr. F: He should wear a mask, stay away from people, including family, practice hand hygiene, to protect those around him if he is infected. God forbid, he develops breathing difficulty, take him to the nearest hospital, immediately. Wish you all good health!
