Yes, but not much: The anti-tnf medications (humira, enbrel, simponi, (golimumab) etc) don't require a lot of labs. I usually check labs for hepatitis b and TB before treatment, and a TB test annually after starting treatment. Keep in mind, that other medications (including naproxen) also require monitoring.

Yes: Besides TB and hepatitis b testing prior to treatment, i check a cbc, liver an kidney function every 6 months on stable patients.
