Conception: If you want a baby have intercourse 3 to 4 times a week and take prenatal vitamins. But you should be prepared to be grateful for and love your baby - regardless of whether it is a boy or girl. Pray for a healthy pregnancy and baby.

Cannot cause girl: There are no reliable methods to conceive a boy or a girl. The only way to have gender selection is ivf with pgs and then transfer a girl. Many docs do not offer gender selection and most who do only allow family balancing to help you have equal boys and girls. Best wishes.
