Allergies: An allergic reaction may be one cause. Apply an oatmeal bath paste to the skin, leave on 10 minutes and rinse. Take an antihistamine for at least 48 hours. Avoid harsh soaps and detergents. Watch for signs of respiratory distress, cough and drooling. If these occur, please see the Emergency room.
