My thoughts : I eschew beta blockers due to adverse effects such as fatigue, exercise intolerance, syncope, asthma, cognition issues, cardiac complications, and stopped years ago. Many newer anti-BP meds (even use of cocoa). Meet with your doctor

Now starting over..Adding diuretic to 5mgs norvasc (amlodipine). We didn't do this at the start of regime. Asked re ace, doc says irbesartan contains it!?

Doc added a thiazide diuretic to my BP regimen. Take creatine as a workout supplement. As both like to gobble water, one to the muscles and the other (kidney?). Is this a bad continued process or okay?
