Suggestions to discuss with my doctor: hypertension (on avapro 150 now), anxiety, and pvcs. what medication would you consider? ssri, beta blocker, thiazide diuretic, combination of any? want to start beta b, but weary of rebound tachyarrhythmias?

My thoughts : I eschew beta blockers due to adverse effects such as fatigue, exercise intolerance, syncope, asthma, cognition issues, cardiac complications, and stopped years ago. Many newer anti-BP meds (even use of cocoa). Meet with your doctor
